Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Play Century, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations are generally not permitted.
  • Advance Notice: If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
  • Emergency Cancellations: In case of genuine emergencies, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refund Policy: As a general rule, advance payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellation by Management: If we cancel your booking due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future booking.
  • Partial Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at management's discretion.

3. Rescheduling Options

  • Preferred Alternative: Instead of cancellation, we encourage rescheduling to another available slot.
  • Rescheduling Request: Must be made at least 2-4 hours before your scheduled slot time.
  • Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and may not always be possible during peak hours.
  • One-Time Rescheduling: Each booking can typically be rescheduled only once without additional charges.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Heavy Rain or Storms: In case of severe weather conditions that make play unsafe or impossible, bookings will be rescheduled.
  • No Refunds for Weather: Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for refunds, only rescheduling to an alternative date/time.
  • Management Decision: The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of management.
  • Advance Notice: We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions require cancellation.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be forfeited without refund.
  • No-Show: Failure to show up for your booking without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
  • No Rescheduling: No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

6. Payment Issues & Failed Transactions

  • Payment Failures: If payment fails during booking, your slot will not be confirmed.
  • Double Charges: In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Facility Closure or Maintenance

  • Planned Maintenance: We will notify you in advance if maintenance is scheduled during your booking time.
  • Emergency Closure: In case of unexpected facility closure, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
  • Compensation: Management reserves the right to offer alternative compensation in lieu of refunds.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or rescheduling:

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your booking details
  2. Provide your booking ID, date, and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • All refund and cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of management.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Special event bookings or tournament bookings may have different terms.
